Diamond & Colorstone Buyer & Coordinator

Seeking an experienced professional to join our team in Los Angeles. This role combines sourcing and buying diamonds & colored stones with tracking and safeguarding customer goods throughout the production process. Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate, and purchase diamonds and colored stones for client and in-house projects.
• Maintain strong vendor relationships and stay current with market pricing and availability.
• Receive, log, and track client-supplied goods (stones/jewelry) with full accountability.
• Oversee inventory flow through production and ensure timely, accurate returns.
• Work closely with account managers to assist with pricing
• Collaborate with account managers, production, and QC teams to support smooth operations.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in diamond or gemstone buying, or a related jewelry industry role.
• Strong knowledge of diamond grading and colored stone varieties.
• Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills.
• High level of integrity and trustworthiness in handling valuable goods.
• Strong attention to detail and accountability.

Pay: $22.00 - $27.00 per hour
