Die Casting Machine Field Service Manager

Job Title: Field Service Manager (Die Casting Machines)
Location: Istanbul
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Manager to support our clients in the die casting industries. This role focuses on team management, machine installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support. You will act as a key point of contact for customers after equipment delivery, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and machine performance.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide technical support for installation, commissioning, and maintenance of die casting machines.
2. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and control system issues on-site and remotely.
3. Conduct routine and preventive maintenance visits, ensuring optimal machine performance.
4. Train customers’ technical staff on machine operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance, and manage the service team in Turkey.
5. Prepare detailed service reports, maintenance logs, and customer feedback summaries.
6. Coordinate with internal engineering, sales, and spare parts teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
7. Recommend spare parts, upgrades, or service contracts based on machine condition and customer needs.
8. Support warranty claims processing and technical documentation.
9.Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely response and clear communication.
10.Provide technical feedback to improve product quality and service procedures.

Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
2. At least 5 years of hands-on experience in aftersales, technical support, or field service—preferably with die casting machines, with service team management experience.
3. Strong understanding of industrial machinery, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, and electrical/control systems.
4. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and machine manuals.
5. Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
6. Good communication and interpersonal skills; capable of working under pressure and independently.
7. Proficiency in English and Turkish;
8. Willingness to travel frequently (domestically and internationally).
9. Valid driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150,000.00TRY - 200,000.00TRY per month
