DIE CASTING MECHANIC /Operator

Key Responsibilities:

- Operate and maintain die casting machines to produce high-quality metal parts

- Troubleshoot and repair machine issues, including die breakdowns and hydraulic system problems

- Perform preventive maintenance on machines, dies, and equipment

- Ensure quality control and inspect castings for defects

- Collaborate with production team to meet production targets and deadlines

- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- 5+ years of experience in die casting machine maintenance

- Strong knowledge of die casting processes, machinery, and equipment

- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

- Good communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with CNC machines and automation systems

- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures

- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001)
