Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Die Cutter Machine Operator to manage and operate die-cutting machines for our packaging production. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate cutting, maintain machine efficiency, and deliver high-quality packaging products while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain die-cutting machines for packaging production.
• Ensure precise cutting according to die lines and design specifications.
• Monitor machine performance and conduct routine maintenance.
• Identify and troubleshoot machine issues to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with production and design teams to meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience operating die-cutting machines in packaging or printing industries.
• Strong understanding of die lines, cutting processes, and machine setup.
• Ability to read and interpret production specifications and designs.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.

Preferred:

• Experience in luxury packaging production.
• Knowledge of prepress and printing production processes.
