Best Carton Industry LLC is looking for a skilled and dependable Die Cutting Machine Operator to join our production team in Umm Al Quwain, UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in operating die cutting machines within the carton or packaging industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate die cutting machines according to production requirements.
• Install cutting dies, adjust machine settings, and ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor output quality and perform necessary adjustments to achieve accuracy.
• Carry out routine machine maintenance and cleaning to ensure optimal performance.
• Minimize material wastage and ensure efficient production.
• Troubleshoot machine or process issues to avoid delays.
• Maintain accurate production logs and follow all safety guidelines.
• Coordinate with the quality control team to ensure finished products meet company standards.

Requirements

• 1 to 3 years of proven experience operating die cutting machines.
• Strong knowledge of cutting techniques, substrates, and machine adjustments.
• Keen eye for detail with a focus on quality and precision.
• Ability to work independently and achieve daily production goals.
• Physically fit to work long hours on the production floor.
• Prior experience in the carton or packaging industry will be an added advantage.

Work Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
