Die Maintenance Engineer

Designation: Senior Engineer – Die Maintenance

Experience: 4 – 10 years of experience in Stamping process industry

Educational Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Tool and Die making / DME.

Location: Oragadam, Kancheepuram.

Joining period: Immediate to 1 Month preferred.

Position CTC offer:

Engineer - 6 to 6.5 Lakh per annum.

Job Description & Responsibilities:

 TIG / ARC Welding matching activity.

 Press tool, conventional operation knowledge.

 Reading understanding engineering drawings.

 PM, PdM, Breakdown maintenance

 Troubleshooting, weld matching, machine operation, emergency production support, quality improvements.

Required candidate profile:

 Candidate should be from the Sheet metal press components (Stamping process) manufacturing company. (Car / Bus automobile body parts)

 Should have welding matching knowledge.

 He should have TIG / ARC Welding matching and Crane operation knowledge.
