Designation - Die Maintenance Supervisor

Qualification - BE /B. Tech / Diploma

Exp – 10-15 years

Responsibility –

1. Daily control and monitoring of die maintenance, service and changeover as per production schedule

2. Technical support to Technicians and die maintenance engineers

3. Technician and Team Leader appraisals and development

4. Planning for die maintenance spare and tools ordering and controlling

5. Coordinate with Engineering team for tool modification and correction activities

6. Planning and control of daily workload for die maintenance team

7. Control of documentation and associated departmental paperwork and HR procedures

8. Liaising with senior management and HR department

9. Die Maintenance tools ordering & control.

10. Co-Ordinates with Engg dept. for Die Modification & correction Activities.

11. (Prevention Maintenance)-Planning in controlling of all die Service & die corrections & Maintenance.

12. Responsible for all Records for records – documents & monitoring for Die Maintenance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹90,000.00 - ₹110,000.00 per month
