Troubleshooting :Use a systematic approach, including diagnostic tools and analysis, to identify and rectify faults.
Customer Support: Provide technical assistance, training, and clear communication with clients and internal departments.
Documentation: Complete detailed service reports, strip reports, and other documentation for job tracking and client information.
Site Management: Manage work on customer sites, including coordinating with clients, planning work, and ensuring necessary tools and parts are available.
Safety: Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies, including performing risk assessments and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Technical Expertise: Leverage a deep understanding of engines, mechanical systems, and relevant control systems.
