Salary: $27.00 - $35.00 per hour (based upon skills and experience)

Schedule: Full-time, Monday – Friday 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM

We’re hiring a full-time Diesel Mechanic to inspect, maintain, and repair heavy-duty trucks. This is a great opportunity for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostics and safety inspections
• Repair or replace key systems: engine, transmission, brakes, electrical, etc.
• Conduct test drives and adjust systems for optimal performance
• Maintain detailed service records
• Support shop operations and follow safety procedures

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver's license
• Experience using shop tools and diagnostic equipment
• Must supply own tools
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled conditions

Preferred Experience (a plus, not required):

• 5+ years of diesel/tractor-trailer experience
• CDL Class B license
• Tank trailer and HM183 knowledge
• DOT Brake Certification
• Vocational/Technical training
