Diesel Mechanic

Montana Crane Service is seeking an experienced diesel truck and heavy equipment mechanic. Primary responsibilities will include service and repair work on our fleet of trucks, trailers, cranes, forklifts and other heavy equipment.

Applicants are expected to meet the following criteria:

Must have significant experience with various mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems associated with heavy trucks and equipment.

Must be at least 23 years of age, due to commercial insurance requirements, with clean driving record (no major violations in last 5 years).

Preference given to applicants with CDL and three years CDL driving experience.

Must adhere to company drug policy.

Must be willing and able to work indoors, outdoors and on job sites.

Must be able to complete paperwork (time cards and work orders) in a professional and timely manner.

Must work well with other mechanics, supervisors, operators and customers.

Must be adaptable and eager to learn new systems.
