Position Overview

We’re looking for experienced Diesel Technicians who take pride in keeping equipment safe, reliable, and on the road. This role supports fleet uptime through preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and quality repairs on heavy-duty diesel equipment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of diesel or heavy-duty maintenance experience (fleet, dealership, or independent shop)
• ASE T-Series certifications preferred (T2, T4, T5, T6, T8) or willingness to obtain
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
• Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance (PMs) on heavy-duty trucks and trailers in a mobile environment.
• Diagnose and repair diesel engines, brake systems, suspension, drivetrain, steering, transmission, clutch, and electrical components.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical and electronic issues
• Complete DOT inspections and ensure compliance standards are met
• Accurately document repairs and maintenance activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized truck and environment
• Collaborate with drivers, service advisors, and shop leadership

Pay: $35.00 - $44.00 per hour
