Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Diesel Shop Data Entry Specialist to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing data related to diesel service records, updates, and shop operations. Your efficient handling of data entry tasks will ensure smooth workflow, precise record-keeping, and effective communication across departments.

Responsibilities

• Enter detailed information into databases, and other software platforms related to diesel shop operations
• Maintain accurate records of service logs, and customer orders through meticulous data collection and entry
• Use computer skills such as typing and transcription to process high volumes of data quickly and accurately
• Organize and file digital documents systematically for easy retrieval and audit readiness
• Support order entry processes by verifying serice codes, quantities, and specifications using basic math skills
• Collaborate with mechanics to ensure all data is current, complete, and correctly categorized for seamless workflow

Qualifications

• Proven clerical or office experience with strong organizational skills
• Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Excel, data entry, typing, and familiarity with databases.
• Experience with office tasks such as filing, data collection, and administrative support is preferred
• Basic math skills for order processing and inventory management
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all data-related activities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a diesel shop or automotive environment is a plus but not required
