  • Printing patients’ tray cards using menu logistic system, sorting out per diet and per ward
  • Checking individual tray cards and cross checking with facility reports.
  • Updating diet changes and room changes of patients
  • Reporting any errors in the system as needed.
  • Coordinate with Dietitians regarding changes in diets and other specifications of the patients.
  • Coordinate with nurses with room changes and diet modifications.
  • Manage routine queries and refer them to concerned staff
  • Maintain patient files, logbooks, records, and databases
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc duties as required.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a Healthcare facility in the similar role.
  • Must be a computer literate with good knowledge of MS office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Must be locally available in Qatar for immediate joining.
