Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning in accordance with established policies and procedures

• Maintain accurate records of resident food preferences, allergies, and special dietary needs

• Ensure resident rooms and equipment are cleaned and sanitized to the highest standards

• Collaborate with the dietary team to plan and prepare meals, including providing assistance with menu planning and food preparation as needed

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service

• Maintain a clean and safe environment in the dietary department

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and sanitation

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
