Dietary Aides serve meals to our resident, prepare meal trays, and keep our kitchen clean and safe. As part of our Dietary team you will assist in meeting the residents daily dietary needs with every meal served. Dietary Aides must be team players, conscientionus, detail oriented, friendly personality, able to stand for long periods of time, with good customer service skills. The goal is to provide excellent food servicesby following instructions and standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare meal trays that are appetizing in appearance
• Deliver meal carts to designated area on time
• Obtain food supplies for next meal
• Clean trays/dishes when carts returned
• Wash dishes
• Assist in daily cleaning duties
• Must be able to work independently or in a group setting
  
  
  

Skills

• Some previous experience ass a dietary aide
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety guidelines
• Friendly with good communication skills
• Good physical condition and stamina (standing for long periods at a time)
