Dietary Cook Duties, include but are not limited to:
Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service.
Prepare food according to standardized recipes.
Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat.
Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.
Dietary Cook Type: Evening Shift
Dietary Cook Qualifications:
Previous cook experience is required
Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions.
Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience.
Must be dependable and demonstrate an excellent attendance and timeliness record.
Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
