Dietary Cook Duties, include but are not limited to:

  • Read menu, plan cooking schedule to have food ready for timely service.

  • Prepare food according to standardized recipes.

  • Wash, peel. cut, trim vegetables, fruits, or meat.

  • Bake, roast, stew, or steam cooks meat or vegetables.

Dietary Cook Type: Evening Shift

Dietary Cook Qualifications:

  • Previous cook experience is required

  • Must be able to read, write, and follow oral directions.

  • Must present work history that includes institutional or commercial cooking experience.

  • Must be dependable and demonstrate an excellent attendance and timeliness record.

  • Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position.
