- Assess patients’ nutritional status and medical history
- Plan and prescribe therapeutic diets (Diabetic, Renal, Cardiac, ICU, etc.)
- Monitor patients’ progress and modify diet plans accordingly
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and kitchen staff
- Conduct diet counseling for inpatients and outpatients
- Educate patients on healthy eating habits
- Supervise food preparation to ensure quality and hygiene
- Maintain patient diet records and documentation
- Participate in NABH quality initiatives
- Conduct nutrition awareness programs for staff and patients
