Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant
As a Dietitian - Nutrition Consultant, you will be responsible for providing dietary advice and guidance to clients in order to promote healthy lifestyle choices and manage various medical conditions. Your main role will be to assess clients' nutritional needs, develop personalized meal plans, and monitor their progress. You will also have the opportunity to educate clients on proper nutrition and provide ongoing support to help them reach their health goals. This position requires strong communication skills, as well as knowledge of nutrition and dietary guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct nutrition assessments and create individualized meal plans for clients based on their specific needs and goals
- Monitor clients' progress and make necessary adjustments to their meal plans
- Provide education on proper nutrition, including food choices, portion control, and meal preparation techniques
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to client care
- Maintain accurate records of clients' progress and communicate any concerns or issues with the healthcare team
- Stay updated on the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition in order to provide evidence-based recommendations
- Provide ongoing support and motivation to clients in order to help them achieve their health goals

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition or Dietetics from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Dietitian or Nutrition Consultant
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong knowledge of nutrition principles, dietary guidelines, and medical conditions related to diet
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Experience working with diverse populations is preferred
- Must be fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
