Job Title: Dietitian / Nutritionist – Call Center Representative

We are hiring a female Dietitian / Nutritionist for our call center team. Who can communicate clearly and guide customers professionally about health and nutrition-related products.

Timings: 9 AM – 6 PM
Location: Madina Town, Faisalabad
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s in Nutrition / Dietetics (Required)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Required)

Responsibilities:
● Handle incoming and outgoing calls
● Guide customers about nutrition and health-related products
● Answer customer queries in a clear and professional way
● Handle complaints and provide proper solutions
● Maintain call records and update customer data
● Achieve daily and monthly targets

Requirements:
● Good communication and listening skills
● Strong knowledge of nutrition and diet planning
● Basic computer knowledge
● Ability to work in a team
● Minimum Bachelor’s in Nutrition / Dietetics
● At least 2 years of relevant experience (call center or clinical preferred)
