Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced DIFC Wills & Estate Planning Manager to lead the structuring, drafting, and coordination of DIFC-compliant wills for our clients.

The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the DIFC Will process.

Key ResponsibilitiesDIFC Wills & Estate Planning

  • Conduct client intake consultations and gather relevant personal, family, and asset information
  • Assess whether clients require Limited Wills or Full DIFC Wills
  • Structure wills in compliance with DIFC Wills & Probate Registry (WPR) rules
  • Prepare DIFC-compliant draft wills using approved frameworks
  • Coordinate revisions and finalisation with clients

Registration & Process Management

  • Manage DIFC registration procedures and appointment scheduling
  • Coordinate witnesses and registration formalities
  • Liaise with the DIFC Wills Service Centre where required
  • Maintain accurate records and client documentation

Legal Coordination & Compliance

  • Work with external supervising counsel for legal review and sign-off where required
  • Ensure all engagement letters, disclosures, and compliance requirements are met
  • Maintain internal quality control and risk management standards

Client Experience

  • Act as the single point of contact for wills clients
  • Provide clear explanations of the DIFC framework and process
  • Ensure a professional, discreet, and high-quality client experience

Candidate Profile (Essential)

  • Proven experience in DIFC Wills, estate planning, private client services, or legal operations
  • Strong understanding of DIFC WPR rules and common-law estate planning principles
  • Experience working with high-net-worth or expatriate clients
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and client-focused
  • Comfortable handling confidential and sensitive matters

Preferred Background

  • Experience in a law firm, trust company, family office, or private client advisory
  • Prior exposure to:
  • DIFC Courts procedures
  • Estate planning / succession planning
  • Probate or wills administration
  • UK / common-law jurisdiction exposure is a strong advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
