Key Responsibilities

Prepare and file a variety of employment-based immigration petitions, including but not limited to:

O-1A (Individuals with Extraordinary Ability)
-
EB-1A (Extraordinary Ability)
-
EB-2 NIW (National Interest Waiver)
-
Handle family-based immigration petitions including I-130, I-485 (Adjustment of Status), and related forms.

Prepare and file non-immigrant visa extensions such as I-539 and associated documentation.

Draft, review, and respond to Requests for Evidence (RFEs) and Notices of Intent to Deny (NOIDs).
-
Conduct legal research and stay updated with immigration policies, regulations, and USCIS guidelines.
-
Provide accurate and timely legal advice to clients regarding their immigration options and strategies.

Maintain client records and manage case deadlines using legal practice management software.
-
Communicate effectively with clients, government agencies, and internal teams to ensure smooth case handling.
Required Qualifications
-
J.D. degree from an accredited U.S. law school.

Active license to practice law in any U.S. state (in good standing).

3+ years of hands-on experience in U.S. immigration law, particularly with employment-based and family-based petitions.

Strong understanding of USCIS, DHS, and DOL regulations and procedures.

Exceptional legal writing, research, and analytical skills.

Proficient in preparing immigration forms and legal documents.
-
Strong client communication and case management abilities.
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
-
Experience using immigration software tools such as INSZoom, LawLogix, or Docketwise.

Familiarity with consular processing, PERM, or business immigration compliance.

Prior experience working in a high-volume immigration law firm or corporate immigration setting
