Overview
LatiNation is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Digital Account Manager & Media
Planner to play a key role in the growth of our digital media business. This hybrid role combines
strategic media planning with account management, ensuring our clients receive best-in-class
service and effective 360 digital media solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for
crafting media plans, managing campaign execution, and fostering strong client relationships
across digital channels, including display, online video, CTV, and social media. This position
reports directly to the Senior VP of Sales and will work closely with Ad Operations teams to
ensure the seamless execution of digital media campaigns.
Responsibilities
Media Planning Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media plans from inception to completion, considering inventory availability and aligning with key KPIs across digital product offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate client objectives with LatiNation’s digital advertising solutions.
- Manage client requests throughout the RFI/RFP process, including media planning, budgeting, media allocation, and responding to technical specifications and requirements.
- Work closely with Branded Content and Social Media teams to propose sponsorship solutions that leverage LatiNation’s full content portfolio.
- Provide expert guidance to clients and Sales teams on LatiNation’s digital product capabilities.
- Assist in developing sales materials, including case studies, RFIs, and client rate cards.
Account Management Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of media agencies and client brands across various industry verticals.
- Oversee campaign management from initial setup to full execution and reporting.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal campaign teams, providing timely updates, strategic insights, and performance reports.
- Ensure client campaigns meet performance benchmarks by providing ongoing reporting, strategic optimizations, and recommendations.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years of experience in media planning, campaign implementation, or digital.
- Strong understanding of the ad tech ecosystem and digital advertising standards,
including VAST, VPAID, ad-serving, SSPs, DMPs, DSPs, and brand safety solutions
(e.g., DV, IAS).
- Experience with various media pricing models (CPM, CPC, CPV, etc.).
- Experience in Linear TV planning a big plus.
- Ability to work effectively across Sales, Ad Ops, Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
