What you'll do:
Social Media Strategy & Campaign Execution

Develop and implement data-driven, platform-specific strategies across Meta, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant channels.

Ensure social strategies align with broader campaign goals, brand positioning, and tone of voice.

Maintain consistent publishing schedules with a focus on optimizing content performance and engagement.
Content Oversight & Collaboration

Partner with designers, copywriters, and creative leads to brief, develop, and review high-quality, engaging social content.

Provide strategic direction on format, tone, and storytelling to ensure relevance and resonance with target audiences.

Ensure social output is consistently aligned with brand guidelines, cultural context, and audience expectations.
Community Management & Audience Engagement

Act as the digital voice of the brand, ensuring prompt and thoughtful responses to comments, messages, and audience interactions.

Monitor conversations, trends, and sentiment to identify engagement opportunities and mitigate potential issues proactively.

Balance proactive brand storytelling with responsive interaction to strengthen online communities.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting

Track, analyze, and report on key social media performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.

Use analytics tools such as Emplifi, Sprinklr, or native platform insights to measure content effectiveness and audience growth.

Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to improve engagement, reach, and overall impact.
Team Leadership & People Management

Lead and manage a team of Community Managers and Social Media Executives, ensuring daily execution aligns with strategic priorities.

Set clear objectives and KPIs for individual and team performance.

Provide consistent coaching, mentorship, and constructive feedback to drive growth, engagement, and accountability.

Foster a collaborative and high-performing team culture that embraces creativity, agility, and ownership.

Act as the bridge between the content team and execution layer, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output that reflects platform trends and audience behavior.

Stay abreast of emerging formats, social trends, and creative best practices to continually elevate team output and brand presence.
Brand & Industry Alignment

Stay updated on local market digital landscape, key industry trends, and social media best practices to maintain relevance and innovation.

Ensure that all content adheres to the brand's guidelines, cultural nuances, and strategic messaging priorities.

Maintain a proactive approach to trendspotting, identifying ways to integrate culturally relevant themes into social content.

5+ years of social media management experience; agency or client-side.

Hands-on expertise with social tools (Sprinklr, Emplifi, Hootsuite, etc.).

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

A creative eye, with a deep appreciation for design, video, and digital storytelling.

Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including design, strategy, and content.
