We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and creative Google & Facebook Advertiser to lead our paid media operations.

Responsibilities:

 Conducts audience research & competitive analysis.

 Defines campaign objectives (awareness, lead gen, sales, etc.).

 Chooses platforms (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.).

 Develops messaging frameworks and funnel planning.

 Maps out the customer journey and budgets.

Skills:

 Expertise in running ads on Facebook, Google and other channels

 2 to 4 years of paid media marketing experience (developing, planning, and executing social media advertising campaigns)

 Deep understanding of audience, targeting, and Business manager

 Strong understanding of Google, Facebook & other ads Analytics tools

 Proven expertise in international lead generation, & sales campaigns

 Understanding of platform guidelines, content guidelines and how to deal with them.

 A person with an understanding of shopping ads, Amazon Flipkart & Shopify promotions will be preferred.

 Good in excel, numbers and reporting. Must understand the ROI tracking and ability to prove his worth.
