Role Overview:

We are seeking a data-driven Growth Marketing Executive to manage and scale paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns
• Conduct keyword research & audience targeting
• Improve ROAS, CPL, CTR & conversions
• Perform A/B testing on creatives & landing pages
• Implement tracking via GA4, GTM & Meta Pixel
• Prepare performance reports with actionable insights

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of hands-on paid media experience
• Strong analytical and budget management skills
• Experience handling multiple client accounts
• MANDATORY- AGENCY EXPERIENCE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
