About Us:
Western Disaster Clean Up is a rapidly growing restoration company operating in multiple states. We are bringing our online marketing in-house and are seeking a highly skilled Ads Specialist to manage and scale our digital presence.

Role Overview:
The Ads Specialist will be responsible for managing all online advertising and digital marketing efforts. This includes Google Ads, PPC campaigns, SEO strategy, Local Service Ads (LSA), Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and overall online presence management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and optimize Google Ads and PPC campaigns for lead generation.
• Manage and scale Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram.
• Oversee SEO strategies to improve rankings, website traffic, and lead conversions.
• Manage Local Service Ads (LSA) and ensure maximum visibility in target markets.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
• Collaborate with leadership to set advertising budgets and goals.
• Ensure consistency of brand and messaging across all online platforms.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads and PPC management.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, LSA, and Meta Ads.
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns for performance.
• Experience with online marketing tools, analytics platforms, and reporting dashboards.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.32 - $26.88 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
