About the Role

Drive is seeking a motivated and results driven Digital Ads Specialist with strong expertise in Google Ads and Local Service Ads LSA, along with proven social media advertising expertise, including Facebook, Instagram, and other paid social platforms. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced agency environment, enjoys working with a diverse client portfolio, and is eager to continue growing their paid media skill set.

The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking, creativity, and data driven execution, paired with strong project management and communication skills. Social media advertising expertise is essential, as this role supports both paid search and paid social initiatives. The position also requires someone who is comfortable working directly with clients, collaborating with internal teams, and supporting the sales team with paid advertising insights and recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy and Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and paid social strategies aligned with client goals
  • Conduct keyword research, market analysis, and competitor research to drive performance

Ad Creation and Optimization

  • Write compelling ad copy and develop effective creative concepts for search and social campaigns
  • Continuously optimize campaigns through bid adjustments, targeting refinements, and creative testing
  • Manage and optimize Local Service Ads for visibility, lead quality, and cost efficiency

Budget Management

  • Monitor and manage ad spend across search and social platforms to ensure efficient budget allocation
  • Provide strategic budget recommendations based on performance trends and client objectives

Performance Analysis and Reporting

  • Analyze campaign performance across Google Ads and social platforms using key metrics
  • Create clear and actionable performance reports with optimization recommendations

Audience Targeting

  • Build and refine audience targeting strategies using demographic, geographic, and behavioral data
  • Apply platform specific targeting best practices for both search and social channels

Testing and Optimization

  • Conduct A B testing on ad copy, creatives, landing pages, and targeting strategies
  • Stay current on platform updates and emerging social media advertising trends

Client Communication

  • Communicate performance results, insights, and strategy clearly to clients
  • Act as a paid media subject matter resource for both search and social advertising

Cross Channel Collaboration

  • Work closely with SEO and social teams to support integrated digital marketing strategies

Compliance and Best Practices

  • Ensure campaigns follow Google Ads, Local Service Ads, and paid social platform policies

Performance Goals

  • Drive improvements in efficiency, ROI, and lead quality across search and social campaigns

Qualifications

  • 2 or more years of experience in a professional digital marketing role
  • 2 or more years of experience managing Google Ads, Local Service Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads
  • Strong social media advertising expertise is required
  • Google Ads and Google Analytics certifications preferred
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced agency environment
