Studio 3 has offices in Los Angeles, Austin and Tampa Bay. The ideal candidate would be able to work out of our Austin office, but we are open to those who could work in our LA or Tampa Bay office.

The Role

We’re looking for a Digital Advertising Strategist to join our rapidly growing team. The Digital Advertising Strategist will be responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, optimizing, and reporting on paid advertising campaigns across multiple clients in the legal vertical.

If you have experience leading and managing large budgets for legal clients this could be a perfect position. You should have a strong understanding of how the platforms work and can be optimized and how to confidently communicate complex strategies and analytic results in an easy-to-understand manner. Last but not least, you should be independent, ambitious, driven, and intellectually curious.

Job Description

The Digital Ad Strategist manages and executes paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. This role is responsible for end-to-end campaign execution—account setup, keyword research, ad creation, A/B testing, optimization, and reporting—to deliver measurable ROI and business growth for clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and launch Google Ads, Bing, Meta and LinkedIn and other social platform campaigns aligned to client goals.
  • Manage up to 40 client accounts and/or equitable ad spend.
  • Conduct keyword research, develop ad copy, and create high-performing assets.
  • Oversee landing page development and deployment for new campaigns.
  • Perform ongoing optimization: bid strategy, location targeting, ad extensions, and conversion tracking.
  • Conduct weekly and monthly performance reviews and propose strategic improvements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and respond to client tickets with professionalism.
  • Make landing page updates and recommendations for conversion optimization.
  • Set up and monitor experiments (Google Ads) to test and improve performance.
  • Build and manage ad campaigns on new platforms (Reddit, X, etc.)

Primary Job Product

  • ROI-positive, full-funnel advertising campaigns that drive measurable client growth across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms.

Secondary Job Products

  • Well-structured ad accounts with optimized targeting, bidding, and creative across all active platforms.
  • Performance reports and insights that identify opportunities and justify strategic recommendations.
  • High-converting landing pages aligned with campaign goals and regularly updated for optimization.
  • Experimentation results (A/B tests, bid strategy tests, etc.) that inform ongoing campaign improvement.
  • Efficient ticket resolution and consistent collaboration with internal teams and clients to support ad performance.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in paid media or digital marketing in the legal vertical.
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, Bing, or similar platforms.
  • Experienced with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
  • Experienced with conversion and offline tracking.
  • Experienced with analytics tracking across Google Ads, Google Analytics and third party CRMs.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Collaborative team player with a growth mindset.
