Digital Advertiser

Job Summary
We are seeking a in-person dynamic and results-driven Digital Advertiser to lead our online marketing initiatives and elevate our brand presence across digital platforms. In this role, you will craft compelling advertising campaigns, optimize digital content, and analyze performance metrics to ensure maximum engagement and ROI. Your expertise will help us reach targeted audiences effectively, boost conversions, and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies. This position at the moment is temporary 30-60 days full or part time to prove if digital advertising works for our company, if we see an improvement in costumers then we would like this position to become full time. We do events across the county and would like digital advertising done 1-2 weeks before the events and the week of the event.

Duties

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels.
• Conduct detailed keyword research using SEO tools to identify high-impact keywords that improve search engine rankings and visibility.
• Optimize landing pages and ad copy for conversion, employing best practices in conversion optimization and performance marketing.
• Manage content creation for digital ads, social media posts, email marketing campaigns, and website updates using content management systems like WordPress.
• Utilize analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEM tools to monitor campaign performance, interpret data insights, and refine strategies accordingly.
• Implement marketing automation techniques to nurture leads and enhance customer engagement across multiple channels.
• Design visually appealing graphics and banners using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite to support advertising efforts.
• Maintain knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page SEO, technical SEO (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), and backlink strategies to improve organic search rankings.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing, including E-commerce strategies, B2B marketing approaches, and new advertising platforms or tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital advertising or performance marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns.
• Proficiency with Google Ads (AdWords), Facebook Advertising, Google Analytics, SEM tools, and marketing automation platforms.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and content optimization strategies.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress and knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for technical adjustments.
• Skilled in graphic design using Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Creative Suite for ad creatives and visual content development.
• Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling ad copy that drives engagement.
• Experience managing social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, or Twitter.
• Ability to analyze data effectively using SQL or analytics tools to inform decision-making processes.
• Knowledge of E-commerce platforms and strategies for online retail growth is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

Work Location: In person
