We’re seeking an experienced, data-driven Digital Advertising Manager located in Central Massachusetts to take a hands-on role in managing and implementing high-performing marketing and advertising projects while building strong client relationships. The right candidate has a remarkable work ethic, seeks to push beyond the status quo, and is skilled in data analysis, tracking, reporting, and strategy to drive measurable results.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have a successful track record with:

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across paid and organic search, display, social media, geofencing, and review management.
  • Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Google Merchant Center, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, YouTube Ads, and related platforms for campaign setup, tracking, performance analysis, and data-driven optimization. Experience with additional platforms like Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and CallRail for gathering insights and reporting is a plus.
  • Conducting competitor and audience research, analyzing campaign performance, and making strategic recommendations.
  • Taking ownership of project outcomes and confidently sharing progress with internal teams and clients.
  • Understanding and speaking to how your work directly impacts client success and ROI

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teammates, vendors, and clients, building strong relationships and keeping the team aligned with client goals. You will implement campaigns, manage tracking and reporting, provide insights, and make data-driven strategy recommendations. Experience with SEO, content marketing, and email marketing is a plus, but the focus is on digital advertising and analytics expertise.

This role is roughly 40% hands-on implementation, 40% project management, and 20% data analysis, with potential for growth into positions like Marketing Production Supervisor. Currently there are no personnel oversight responsibilities for this Digital Advertising Manager role. We prefer someone who can work from our Central Massachusetts office at least once a week, but hybrid or remote arrangements are possible for the right candidate. Occasional urgent matters may require extra hours, though this is not the norm.

The salary range is roughly $65,000 to $75,000 depending on experience, with potential for annual increases based on performance.
