Digital Advertising Strategist

We’re looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Strategist who can plan, launch, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms — including Meta (Facebook/Instagram), MetaHeads, TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads, and Google Ads (AdWords).

The ideal candidate is results-driven, data-savvy, and creative — someone who understands audience behavior, masters ad performance metrics, and delivers measurable growth. You’ll play a key role in driving brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and maximizing ROI through impactful digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and Google Ads.
• Conduct audience research and develop targeted strategies to reach ideal customers.
• Design and execute A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and audience segments.
• Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPM, ROAS, conversions) and optimize performance based on insights.
• Recommend and implement high-performing ad creatives and formats to maximize engagement and conversions.
• Monitor budgets and bidding strategies to ensure cost-efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated on platform updates, policies, and emerging advertising trends.
• Provide weekly performance reports with insights, recommendations, and next steps.

Required Skills & Expertise

• Proficiency in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Ads, YouTube Ads (Google Ads), and Google AdWords Manager
• Deep understanding of campaign structures, bidding strategies, and budget management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable trends
• Creative mindset with a focus on conversion-driven strategies
