What you'll do (Your Impact):

· Own the Digital Footprint: Act as the primary owner for our analytics stack, mastering GA4 and Adjust to capture and analyze the complete customer journey across all digital touchpoints.

· Drive Technical Implementation: Lead the hands-on implementation, management, and quality assurance of events and tags using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Firebase .

· Translate Data into Action: Dive deep into user behavior data to uncover critical insights, identify growth opportunities, and recommend data-backed actions to marketing and product teams.

· Champion Reporting & Visualization: Design, build, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports in Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio) , transforming raw data into easy-to-understand visualizations for all stakeholders.

· Optimize the User Experience: Collaborate closely with the UX team to design, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests, continuously driving improvements in user experience and conversion rates.

· Collaborate for Success: Partner with our Development, Marketing, Category, and Data teams to ensure seamless tracking implementation and alignment on key growth initiatives.

· Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in digital analytics and online marketing to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.

What you'll bring (Your Skills):

· Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

· A minimum of 3+ years of hands-on experience in a digital analytics role.

· Expert-level, practical experience with GA4, Adjust, Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Firebase .

· Proven ability to build compelling data visualizations and automated reports in Looker Studio (Data Studio) .

· Deep expertise in customer journey analysis, digital marketing analytics, and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).

· A highly analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to provide creative, data-backed advice.

· Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
