  • Own the content calendar, campaign plan, and brand tone across all group companies
  • Strategize and approve content, design, and messaging in collaboration with internal team and freelance vendors (SEO, Ads, Dev)
  • Coordinate across departments (Founders, Operations, Sales, Product) for content inputs and lead funnel alignment
  • Monitor performance metrics: SEO, social engagement, lead quality, ad performance, website traffic
  • Manage the marketing budget, asset library, and monthly performance review deck
  • Ensure brand voice consistency and positioning across platforms (LinkedIn, Meta, Website, Amazon, YouTube)
  • Coordinate launch campaigns, hiring drives, product content (Amazon/Noon), and investor-facing presentations

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 4–7 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably handling multi-brand portfolios
  • Hands-on with social strategy, content approval, ad oversight, and KPI tracking
  • Strong understanding of B2B (LinkedIn, website SEO) and D2C (Amazon, Instagram) ecosystems
  • Tools: Google Workspace, Trello, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Pages, GA4, Advance Excel
  • Must be an exceptional communicator with structured thinking, leadership presence, and cross-functional coordination ability

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
