Digital and Social Media Content Designer

Position Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative professional to contribute to the creation of visual content across digital channels, printed materials, live events, and internal communication tools. This role combines graphic design with multimedia content development, while ensuring alignment with brand identity guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, adapt, and deliver creative materials such as graphics, layouts, and branded visuals for online media, print, presentations, and podcast-related projects.
• Create and edit short-form videos, images, and digital assets for marketing initiatives, social media, podcasts, and corporate communications.
• Support updates to website visuals and branded materials to maintain consistency.
• Partner with the marketing team and other departments to advance communication strategies.
• Maintain design assets, templates, and digital libraries in an organized and accessible manner.

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in graphic design, digital media, or multimedia production.
• Previous experience developing creative designs and branding assets for podcasts.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to apply and follow brand standards.
• Fluency in Spanish, with working knowledge of English (basic to intermediate).
• Ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Flexibility to travel and adjust working hours to support events or special initiatives.
