Position Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented professional to support the design and production of visual content across multiple platforms. This role involves working on digital media, print, live events, and internal communications, ensuring that all materials align with established brand identity guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, adapt, and deliver visual content including graphics, layouts, and branded materials for online platforms, print publications, presentations, and podcast-related projects.
- Produce and edit videos, images, and other multimedia content for social media campaigns, marketing initiatives, and corporate communications.
- Assist with maintaining and updating website visuals and branded templates to ensure consistency across all channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team and other departments to strengthen communication and promotional strategies.
- Keep digital asset libraries, templates, and design files organized and accessible for internal use.
Requirements
- Associate degree or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or multimedia production.
- Hands-on experience creating branding elements and visuals for podcast projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or Figma, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and ability to follow and apply brand guidelines.
- Fluency in Spanish with working knowledge of English (basic to intermediate).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel and adjust work schedule for events or special assignments.
