Digital and Social Media Specialist

Position Purpose

To support and execute digital communication strategies across all brands and product families by managing social media presence, digital engagement, online visibility, and content effectiveness while ensuring brand consistency across all digital platforms.


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Brand Manager and Brand & Digital Lead in managing digital communication initiatives and campaigns.
  • Monitor digital sentiments, audience feedback, and online community engagement across all digital platforms.
  • Coordinate with CRM teams for community management and customer engagement activities.
  • Liaise with HRD regarding LinkedIn-related content, branding, and communication requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously update company websites and digital assets.
  • Prepare, maintain, and monitor monthly social media calendars and content plans.
  • Coordinate with digital and media agencies for content development, campaign execution, and social media boosting activities.
  • Ensure high-impact visual communication and ROI-focused digital campaigns to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Maintain consistency and compliance of brand identities across all brands and product families.
  • Track digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns in line with current platform algorithms and trends.
  • Create engaging native content including reels, shorts, banners, snaps, and other digital formats tailored to audience preferences.
  • Stay updated with evolving digital trends, social media platforms, and emerging communication technologies.


Qualification & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Digital & Social Media Management.
  • Diverse brand portfolio experience is a plus.


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong expertise in digital communication and social media management.
  • Sound understanding of SEO/SEM and digital visibility optimization across conventional and AI-driven platforms.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Good understanding of digital media analytics, metrics, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to create engaging and platform-specific native content on a regular basis.
  • Strong understanding of social media interfaces, digital trends, and campaign optimization techniques.
