Online summer camps focusing on technology, game design, digital arts and coding are the next big thing and we are looking for AMAZING teachers and subject experts to help us inspire the next generation of summer campers.
Established in 2003, Fleming Tech Camps operate tech-savvy camp experiences focused on teaching kids about the things they need to know to live successful lives in the digital age.
Last few years, we moved to an online format and we conduct the coolest virtual summer camps in the world. Our Digital Artist Expert - Lead Positions are independent contractors (1099) who work with us from their homes, through Zoom, and help us teach kids how to:
We have courses such as Cartooning, Anime and Character Design, Comic Book Art & Storytelling, Digital Animation, Digital Arts 4 Kids: Drawing, Illustration & Painting, Digital Fashion Design, 3D Art 4 Kids with Minecraft, 2D Digital Art: Pixels and Sprites, and many more.
This position is open to Teachers and Tech Experts who love technology, have strong knowledge with digital art, and experience with any of the following ( iPad, Procreate, Procreate Dreams, Flip a Clip, and Canva, ) and have experience and a passion for working with children.

The Digital Artist Expert must be a motivated team member who loves technology, believes deeply in Fleming Tech Camps’ mission and displays a track record of achievement in teaching, supervision & management of youth and ensuring the safety and well-being of people of all ages.
You also need to have experience working in an online environment.
Position Objective/Purpose:
We are seeking team members who can teach one (or multiple) the following Digital Art subjects:
Our camp runs from May 26, 2026 - September 4, 2026 Monday - Friday.
You must be available for multiple weeks.
We have multiple start times for our programs.
Example of Hours:
Morning Camps (3 Hours): 9AM - 1PM (EST)
Afternoon Camps (3 Hours): 1PM - 4PM (EST)
Late Afternoon ( 3 Hours): 4:15 PM - 7:15 PM (EST)
You must have your own computer (Windows or Mac Os), and a stable internet connection, a headset and microphone.
Many of our Digital Art Camps also require knowledge of using an iPad and Procreate Software. You will need both a computer and an iPad to teach these programs.
You will be working online at your home. Your workspace must look professional and neat. No Bed showing on screen. The space should be semi-private, quiet and clean. You need to ensure that you can work in a space where you will not be interrupted by other people in your household.

There are a limited number of positions open. All candidates will be interviewed via Zoom. For some candidates, we may share with you a simple lesson plan (slide deck) and ask that you record yourself (via Zoom) as if you were virtually teaching. If a job is offered, you will be required to have a background check (this is required by state governments for programs that focus on children). The cost of this background check will be added to your first paycheck so long as you have passed the clearances and completed at least one full week of work.
