Job Overview:

LaserStar Technologies seeks a versatile Digital Artist & Video Editor to produce high-quality videos and graphics that communicate the value of our laser products across B2B and B2C audiences. You’ll collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering to create and refine assets—including product demos, training materials, UI overlays, illustrations, infographics, diagrams, and renderings—for web, print, social media, and trade shows. Working from internal shoots, third-party footage, and digital assets, you’ll apply editing, motion graphics, sound, and visual effects to craft polished, compelling stories that elevate our brand. Success in this role requires strong design and editing skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to engage technical audiences through clear, effective visual communication.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Edit and produce high-quality video content, digital assets, and photography for product showcases, demos, marketing campaigns, training materials, and social media.
• Work closely with the marketing. sales, and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy and clarity in video presentations.
• Use motion graphics, visual effects, slow-motions, and sound design to enhance video content.
• Create and optimize video assets for all platforms, including websites, social media, and presentations.
• Stay current with video editing trends and software to continuously improve the quality of video content.

Requirements & skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Digital Arts, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience (3-5 years) in video editing, preferably in commercial, industrial, or B2B setting.
• Proficiency in professional video, photo, and digital art software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Strong understanding of video storytelling, sound design, and color grading.
• Ability to work with technical content and translate complex product features into clear, engaging videos.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills for managing multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Blender or other 3D applications is a plus.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment or laser technology is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $57,000.00 per year
