Digital Brand Manager Assistant

Job Overview: Our company is seeking an enthusiastic and talented Digital Brand Manager Assistant to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the Digital Brand Manager in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our brand's online presence, drive awareness, and boost sales. The applicant must have a minimum of three years of experience in e-marketing and managing marketing projects, along with strong problem-solving skills and a dedicated work ethic.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Strategy Execution: Assist in developing and implementing digital marketing plans across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, PPC advertising).
  • Digital Content Management: Oversee the creation, scheduling, and publication of diverse digital content (text, images, video), ensuring alignment with the brand identity.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of digital campaigns using analytics tools (like Google Analytics), prepare regular reports detailing key metrics (KPIs) and results, and propose necessary improvements.
  • Project Management: Lead and coordinate small-to-medium digital marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively identify, address, and resolve any challenges or issues that arise during the implementation of marketing campaigns and projects, providing practical and innovative solutions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with design, sales, and product development teams to ensure consistency in marketing messaging.
  • Research & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and technologies in the digital marketing landscape.

✅ Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in e-marketing and managing digital marketing projects (Essential).
  • E-Marketing Expertise: Deep and demonstrable understanding of concepts related to Search Engine Marketing (SEM), social media marketing, email marketing, and Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
  • Project Management: Strong skills in organizing, planning, and managing marketing project tasks and resources.
  • Problem Solving & Analytical Skills: Proven ability to think critically, analyze complex data, solve problems quickly and effectively, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Diligent Work Ethic: Excellent ability to work diligently under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and demonstrate a high level of commitment and initiative.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in using digital analytics tools and ad campaign management platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads).
  • Language: Fluency in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
