We are looking for a Digital Associate Account Director to join our team in Riyadh. As a Digital Associate Account Director, you will be creating appealing and strategic digital content and campaigns across all the client’s digital channels. This includes maintaining and ensuring the company's digital properties (including social media channels) are current, brand-aligned, and optimized in addition to developing high-quality Arabic and English content suitable for various digital platforms, planning, executing, and analyzing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives. In this role, you will be exploring new digital avenues, technologies, and innovative strategies to connect with diverse audiences and enhance the company's digital presence.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Content Planning
- Lead the planning, development, and execution of comprehensive digital content and channel strategies across all company digital platforms .
- Collaborate with the team to design and implement robust digital content calendars and multi-channel campaign plans.
- Propose, develop, and execute creative concepts for all digital content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing and communication objectives.
Arabic & English Content Creation
- Create, edit, and localize high-quality content in both Arabic and English to maximize reach and engagement across target audiences and diverse digital channels.
- Ensure all content is culturally relevant, linguistically accurate, and optimized for its intended digital platform (e.g., web, email, social).
Digital Channel Management & Optimization
- Manage and update the company’s core digital channels, including its website/blog, email marketing, and social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging channels).
- Engage in digital presence creation and audience building on new and emerging platforms and technologies.
Audience Engagement & Communications
- Develop content that promotes audience interaction, encourages participation, and increases followers/subscribers across all digital platforms.
- Manage day-to-day communications across digital channels, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Event Coverage
- Cover and document company events for immediate and long-term digital content use, including live updates, stories, and post-event production.
Analytics & Reporting
- Analyze and report audience data, performance metrics, and the success of all digital projects and campaigns monthly.
- Use data-driven insights to optimize content schedules, improve digital channel performance, and inform future strategy.
Scheduling & Digital Asset Management
- Utilize content scheduling and digital asset management tools to ensure a consistent stream of new content, analyzing and adjusting schedules for optimal audience engagement and channel performance.
Team Collaboration
- Work as part of a cross-functional team to develop and execute large-scale digital strategies and integrated campaigns.
Ad-Hoc Assignment/Reports
- As per the Direct Manager’s requests
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or Equivalent
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Digital Marketing and Content Strategy
- Fluency in English and Arabic
- Prior experience in managing government digital communication channels (e.g., website, social media, email)
- Proven experience in end-to-end digital content planning, development, and execution , preferably in both Arabic and English
- Strong creative skills with a keen eye for engaging digital content and user experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Proficiency in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social reporting tools) and reporting.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative and innovative mindset
- Must reside in Riyadh or be willing to relocate
