Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing and Digital Banking Coordinator to lead our digital marketing initiatives and enhance our banking services’ online presence. Duties
- Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, website, digital advertising, and branch promotions.
- Create, update, and maintain marketing materials, member communications, and digital content.
- Support the administration and promotion of online banking, mobile banking, digital wallets, and other electronic services.
- Monitor website content and ensure information is accurate, current, and member focused.
- Assist with community outreach programs, financial education initiatives, and sponsorship activities.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, digital engagement metrics, and member adoption of digital services.
- Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal departments on marketing and digital banking projects.
- Support product launches, service enhancements, and member communication strategies.
- Assist in maintaining brand standards across all marketing and digital channels.
- Provide support for member and employee education related to digital banking products and services.
Skills
- Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush or Ahrefs for keyword research and site audits.
- Strong understanding of conversion optimization techniques to maximize lead generation and customer engagement.
- Expertise in SEO best practices combined with experience in social media marketing across platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite applications, WordPress CMS, and graphic design principles for content creation.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads (Google AdWords), Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other performance tracking tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript for website updates and enhancements; familiarity with SQL for data analysis is a plus.
- Excellent copywriting skills tailored for digital channels including email marketing campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data insights into actionable strategies for digital marketing success.
