Digital Business Analyst

Overview:
Seeking a Digital Business Analyst IV to perform highly technical and in-depth business process analysis, needs assessments, and cost/benefit evaluations to support alignment of technology solutions with key business initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced business process analysis to identify improvement opportunities and technology needs

• Lead needs assessments and perform detailed preliminary cost/benefit analysis

• Support alignment of technology strategies with business goals and operational priorities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on systems development, implementation, upgrades, and analysis efforts

• Perform QA (Quality Assurance) testing to validate system functionality and requirements

• Apply business analysis methodologies, including system design and related analysis

• Support project management methodologies and documentation throughout the systems development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Administration, or related field

• 8+ years of relevant IT Business Analyst experience

• Proven background in:

  • Systems development, implementation, and upgrades

  • Business process analysis and methodology application

  • System design and technical analysis

  • QA testing and validation processes

  • Project management methodologies
