Digital Campaign Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and disciplined Agents to support daily operational activities. The role involves following assigned tasks, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns while adhering to company policies and shift requirements.

Key Responsibilities

* Execute assigned tasks according to daily targets and operational guidelines

* Follow shift schedules and ensure punctuality and attendance

* Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow

* Maintain confidentiality of company data and processes

* Achieve individual and team performance targets

Required Skills & Competencies

* Basic computer and internet handling skills

* Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision

* Good communication and reporting skillsork ethic

Qualifications

* Minimum: Bachelor’s (completed or in progress)

* Prior experience in operations, website traffic, call center, or digital campaigns is a plus

* Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
