Role Overview


We are looking for a part-time Digital Campaign & Lead Generation Specialist to help design and execute targeted marketing campaigns that build awareness and generate qualified leads. Campaigns will be executed primarily through email outreach or LinkedIn Sales Navigator/InMail , depending on the audience and channel strategy.


This is a hands-on role focused on B2B campaigns targeting either end customers or Microsoft ecosystem stakeholders (e.g., partners, integrators). The selected candidate will work closely with technical consultants, designers, and digital sellers to ensure effective communication and consistent lead generation efforts.


Key Responsibilities



  • Define and refine ideal customer profiles and target segments for each campaign.

  • Convert technical and service-related content into business-oriented, persuasive messaging.

  • Plan and execute email campaigns and/or LinkedIn InMail campaigns based on campaign goals and target audience.

  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to identify key prospects and craft personalized outreach.

  • Design email sequences including subject lines, body content, CTAs, and follow-up logic.

  • Manage contact lists, segmentation, and enrichment for both email and LinkedIn-based outreach.

  • Coordinate visual asset production with designers (e.g., banners, infographics).

  • Maintain a structured content and campaign calendar across all channels.

  • Support digital sellers in executing nurturing activities and follow-ups.

  • Conduct research and data enrichment on target companies (e.g., industry, revenue, size).

  • Monitor campaign performance and propose data-driven optimizations.


Required Qualifications



  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B digital marketing , ideally in IT consulting or enterprise software.

  • Proven experience with email outreach campaigns and/or LinkedIn Sales Navigator (InMail campaigns).

  • Strong understanding of outreach fundamentals: segmentation, timing, tone, CTAs.

  • Excellent English writing skills ( C1 level or above ).

  • Familiarity with email campaign tools and deliverability best practices.

  • Ability to adapt messaging to different audience profiles and channels.

  • Self-motivated and reliable in a remote freelance setting.


Preferred Skills & Attributes



  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation.

  • Basic understanding of GDPR and email compliance.

  • Familiarity with A/B testing and performance optimization techniques.

  • Ability to track and report KPIs (e.g., open rate, response rate, click-through rate, MQL conversion).

  • A proactive mindset — we appreciate candidates who bring their own experience, toolset, and suggestions .

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
