Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail oriented "Digital Campaign Manager" to manage, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in digital campaign management, programmatic advertising, and data analysis, along with excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across programmatic and display platforms
  • Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure KPIs such as CTR, conversions, CPA, and ROI are achieved
  • Work closely with internal teams and international stakeholders to deliver high-quality campaign execution
  • Set up, track, and troubleshoot campaigns using DSPs and ad platforms
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights for optimization
  • Create performance reports using MS Excel and presentation tools for internal and client reporting
  • Manage audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting strategies
  • Ensure proper pacing, budget allocation, and delivery of campaigns
  • Identify opportunities to improve campaign performance through A B testing and optimization techniques
  • Stay updated with industry trends in programmatic advertising and digital media buying

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in Digital Campaign Management and Programmatic Marketing
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising ecosystem including DSPs, ad exchanges, and tracking tools
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong command of MS Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize campaign performance
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, IT, or related field preferred

Working Hours & Benefits

  • Working Hours: 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM (UK Time Alignment)
  • Days Off: Saturday & Sunday
