Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and results-oriented Digital Campaign Manager / Media Buyer to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign strategy, budget management, audience targeting, and performance analysis, with a proven track record of delivering high ROI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid media campaigns across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives, market trends, and audience insights.
  • Set up and monitor ad sets, targeting, bidding strategies, and creatives to maximize performance.
  • Analyze campaign data, prepare detailed performance reports, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce ad visuals, copy, and A/B test variations.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and high ROI.
  • Stay updated with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and performance marketing tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in media buying and campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms, targeting strategies, and optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, TikTok Ads Manager, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement changes quickly.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
