Digital Case Management Specialist

We are hiring a Digital Case Management Specialist to keep our case workflow accurate, fast, and friendly for partner offices. You will enter and manage digital cases, follow up with the manufacturing team on issues, coordinate with technicians, and support the team with clear communication. You will work closely with the digital department.Responsibilities:

• Accurately add incoming digital cases into the lab system.
• Confirm all details are correct to prevent delays in fabrication.

Manufacturing team follow up

• Review questions or problems from the manufacturing team each day.
• Resolve or route issues quickly to keep cases on schedule.

Office and technician coordination.

• Follow up with technicians on open cases to answer questions and remove roadblocks.
• Communicate updates to offices so every case keeps moving forward.

Team support

• Lend a hand to the front office clinical team and the digital department as needed.
• Keep a positive, proactive attitude and support daily operations.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal staff and external offices.

Collaboration

• Work under the direction of the digital department.
• Keep communication tight to maintain a smooth, predictable workflow.
• Surface problems early and partner with Kahley on solutions.

Phone and email support

• Check shared inboxes during the day and respond promptly.
• Answer inbound calls professionally and route callers as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience in a dental lab or dental office preferred.
• Familiarity with digital case workflows and lab software.
• Comfortable working with a manufacturing team and ticketed requests.
• Strong attention to detail. You double check your work.
• Clear, friendly communicator in writing and on the phone.
• Organized, calm under pressure, and good at prioritizing.

• Accurate and complete case entry every time.
• Daily follow up with the manufacturing team with no lingering issues.
• Clear updates to techs and offices that keep timelines on track.
• Strong partnership with Kahley and a dependable team presence.

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
