Job Summary
Marie Stopes Society is seeking an experienced Manager – Digital Channels to lead and manage all digital growth and online engagement initiatives. The role is responsible for strengthening online presence, driving engagement, managing digital platforms, and supporting marketing events, with a strong focus on performance, visibility, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns
- Oversee SEO, website content, and Google Ads campaigns
- Manage and optimize Google My Business (GMB) listings and online reputation
- Monitor digital performance and prepare analytics reports
- Oversee digital content creation, including visuals and videos
- Support planning and execution of marketing and promotional events
- Ensure consistent brand representation across all digital channels
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, IT, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and campaign management
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, Google My Business, and social media platforms
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar tools
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills
- Candidates with a blended background in IT, business, and creative fields will be strongly preferred
- Preference will be given to candidates with educational qualifications from top-tier local or international universities

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
