The Role
We are seeking a Digital Client Servicing Executive to join our team at our advertising agency in Dubai. The role supports the management of client relationships and the coordination of integrated, digital-led campaigns, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. You will help deliver high-quality campaigns across digital platforms while maintaining alignment with client objectives, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and a client-first mindset, with the ability to coordinate projects in a fast-paced advertising agency environment. Job Duties and Responsibilities: - Client Relationship Management: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for assigned clients. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and responsiveness. Understand client objectives and ensure campaign deliverables align with expectations. - Digital Campaign Coordination: Coordinate the execution of digital campaigns across social media, paid media, and online activations. Work with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets and campaign launches. Monitor campaign timelines and ensure deliverables meet agreed deadlines. - Briefing & Internal Collaboration: Prepare clear and detailed briefs for creative, digital, and production teams. Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal stakeholders. Ensure alignment between creative output and client expectations. - Reporting & Performance Tracking: Compile and present campaign performance reports using data from digital specialists and analytics tools. Translate data into clear insights and recommendations for clients. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to support campaign optimization. - Market & Competitor Insights: Conduct basic market and competitor research to support strategic recommendations. Stay informed about digital trends, platform updates, and best practices. - Event & Digital Activation Support: Assist in coordinating digital aspects of events, launches, and activations. Support integrated campaigns that combine online and offline touchpoints. - Project & Time Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Proactively flag risks, delays, or scope changes to senior team members.
Requirements
Required Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field. - 1–3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or digital marketing within an advertising agency or similar environment. - Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (social media, paid media, websites, email marketing). - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) is a plus.
