About the Role
As a Digital Communications Associate, you’ll support our account management and creative teams by helping plan, write, and execute digital campaigns across multiple platforms. This is an ideal position for someone who loves writing, stays informed on current events and civic issues, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and schedule social media posts across platforms like Facebook, X, and Instagram
• Write and edit digital content for emails, websites, and advertising campaigns
• Assist with campaign reporting, analytics, and client deliverables
• Coordinate timelines, creative assets, and project updates across internal teams
• Maintain and update client websites or CMS content as needed
• Support senior strategists on digital communications planning and execution

What We’re Looking For

• Excellent writing and editing skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Interest or experience in communications, marketing, or politics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-starter comfortable with remote work and periodic in-person collaboration

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $40,000–$50,000, based on experience
• Benefits: Health, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off; 401(k) matching
• Schedule: Hybrid (2-3 days/week in-office in Bangor, remaining days remote)
